You can redeem your miles to upgrade your service class from Economy to Business:

  • On the site s7.ru and in the application during online registration
  • Through S7 Priority Call Centre at 8 800 700-9010 (toll-free across Russia) or at +7 495 783-0707.
  • At the check-in counter at the airport of departure.

Terms of Service from 01.06.2019

  • The service is provided only on S7 Airlines flights.
  • The service is issued for a completely unused ticket for all sections of the route.
  • The service is provided for any Economy Class fare eligible for miles accrual.
  • The service is provided subject to availability of seats in fare class U and technical possibility
  • The service is provided both to the member and all passengers registered in one booking, provided the member has enough miles on the account and meets the conditions to get an award.
  • The service does not include access to the business lounge, free baggage allowance that equals the baggage allowance of Business Basic fare admitted for transportation in the business class cabin.
  • Additional services for status passengers are provided according to the conditions of S7 Priority programme.
  • The voluntary refund of miles for the service is not allowed.
  • Voluntary changes to the conditions of the transportation are not allowed.
  • Open date is not allowed.
  • The airline may introduce time, date and season limits.
  • Forced refund is made in accordance with the airline rules.
  • Registration begins in 48 hours and stops in 3 hours prior to a flight departure.
  • The free upgrade service is provided immediately after the ticket purchase and no later than 3 hours before the flight departure.
  • Discounts:
    • infants under 2 years of age not occupying a seat get 100% discount of the adult ticket airfare;
    • infants under 2 years of age occupying a seat get 25% discount of the adult ticket airfare;
    • accompanied children between 2 and 12 years of age get 25% discount of the adult ticket airfare.

Тhe service has been provided till 01.06.2019, includes a visit to the business lounge and baggage allowance at the rate of the Business Flex.

  • The service must be registered no later than 3 hours before the flight departure.
  • The service is provided subject to availability of seats in the corresponding service class and technical possibility.
  • Miles are redeemed at the time of check-in and a Business Class boarding pass is issued.
  • Business lounge access is not provided.
  • Miles for the service will be returned to the member’s account if the seat in the higher class is not available.
  • The service is provided both to the member and all passengers registered in one booking, provided the member has enough miles on the account and meets the conditions to get an award.
  • The free baggage allowance equals the baggage allowance of the paid Economy Class fare.
  • Additional services for status passengers are provided according to the conditions of S7 Priority programme.
  • The voluntary refund of miles for the service is not allowed.
  • Voluntary changes to the conditions of the transportation are not allowed.
  • Open date is not allowed.
  • Forced refund is made in accordance with airline rules.
  • The service is not provided to:
    • children under 2 years of age not occupying a seat;
    • passengers with pets in the cabin;
    • passengers with carry-on baggage in ВС cabin;
    • transfer passengers.

Terms of Service

  • The service is provided on own flights of S7 Airlines.
  • The service is provided for any Economy Class fare eligible for Miles accrual.
  • The service may be ordered while online check-in on the website: not earlier than for 24 hours.
  • The service is provided subject to availability of seats in the corresponding service class and technical possibility.
  • Miles are deducted at the time of online issuance of the service and a Business Class boarding pass is issued automatically.
  • Business Lounge access is not provided.
  • Miles for the service will be returned to the member’s account if no higher service class seats are available.
  • The member may order the service for himself/herself, as well as for any person they wish, provided the member has enough Miles on the account and meets the conditions for ordering an award.
  • The service is available only to logged-in members of the loyalty programme.
  • The free baggage allowance is the same as the baggage allowance of the paid Economy Class fare.
  • Ancillary services for status passengers are provided according to the conditions of S7 Priority programme.
  • The voluntary refund of Miles for the service is prohibited.
  • Voluntary changes to the conditions of carriage are not allowed.
  • Open date is not allowed.
  • Forced refund is made in accordance with the airline rules.
  • The service is not provided to:
    • passengers with children under 2 years of age not occupying a seat;
    • passengers transporting animals in the cabin;
    • passengers with carry-on baggage in the cabin;
    • transfer passengers.

The composition of the bonus zones is adjusted as the route network and the S7 flight schedule change.
